Hi peeps!

today I would like to share with all of you one of my own cake recipe..

Banaberry Cake Recipe!

why Banaberry? bcos I combine banana and strawberry together inside it! so it become Banaberry laa! ngeeee

okay, lets us continue with the recipe then..

all you need is :

1.  2 cups flours
2.  1 tsp baking powder
3.  1 tsp bicarbonate soda
4.  1 cup sugar
5.  3 or more bananas ( smashed/blend it )
6.  3 or more strawberry ( smashed/blend it )
7.  1/2 cups cooking oils
8.  essence vanilla
9.  2 eggs

what you need to do is :

1. sieve the flour together with bicarbonate soda and baking powder
2. gliss/spread a little butter in the cake mold and preheat the oven to 180 degree
3. turn the eggs and sugar until fluffy, then add essence vanilla, banana and strawberry that already been smashed early. Mix well okay.
4. last but not least, pour cooking oil and stir well. Then pour the mixture into the cake mold and baked at 180 degree for about 40 minute or 1 hour, until it's fully cooked.

simple right? so lets try and bake it yourself!

this was the Banaberry cake that I made yday, my friends say it was delicious and soft, thx guys! my taste buds never lie! ( masuk bakul, angkat sendiri nampak?) ngeee~
